Marc D. Rusch has been a technology geek since the days of punch cards. He wrote his first lines of computer code on a Tandy TRS-80 computer, which had less computing power than the cheapest digital watch made today. He has been creating computing based solutions for over 25 years, starting with the creation of one of the first monthly magazines to be laid out using the MacIntosh and PageMaker along with the first commercially-viable laser writer. From the design of computer networks to facilitating the integration of desktops and servers alongside smartphones and tablets, Marc has overseen the IT infrastructure for a worldwide music and publishing retail/wholesale business and been a champion for making technology work for users. Marc is active in local planning as well as a member of the St. Lawrence County IT board, an advisory board to the county legislature, an avid endurance athlete and has engineered over 400 music recordings.

guythursday.com was born out of the need to provide support in an increasingly technology heavy world to users whose day to day life does not include wearing the head of IT hat. We make sure that the person comes first and that the role of technology is to serve the user, not the other way around. We will make your IT work for you.
